A Peg Covered Order is an online order that is paid, has at least one fulfilled line item, and that line item requires shipping (physical product). Excludes gift cards, services, shipping fees, and warranty items.

Are there any setup fees?

No. Peg is free to install through the Shopify App Store, and you can start with a 30-day free trial on paid plans. Pricing is purely subscription + usage-based.

How is billing handled?

Billing runs through Shopify with your subscription and usage metered automatically. You'll see charges on your regular Shopify invoice.

Do I have to choose or upgrade a plan?
